These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClaudeFolio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the website located at https://claudefolio.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website.
Eligibility
ClaudeFolio is open to users aged 13 and older. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on their behalf.
Nature of the service
ClaudeFolio is a public directory and community discussion platform for projects built with Claude Code. Users submit projects; admin reviews and approves each submission by hand; the community votes and comments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
No affiliation with Anthropic
ClaudeFolio is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC or any other company whose tools or products appear on the site. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. See our Disclaimer for more.
User accounts
Certain features require account registration. We support email + password, passwordless magic-link, and third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook, Apple). You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Newsletter enrollment on signup
When you create an account, you consent to be enrolled in the ClaudeFolio newsletter at the email address on your account, and you agree that we may send you periodic updates about product features, builder interviews, reported data pieces, and site news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in any newsletter email or from your account Settings page, and your decision to unsubscribe will not affect your access to the service. Transactional emails (account verification, password resets, reply notifications, and moderation notices) are sent separately and are required for the service to function.
User content
Users may submit projects, comments, votes, images, and related content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant ClaudeFolio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform (including on our social channels).
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, and that it complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
- Submitting work that is not yours.
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful.
- Impersonating any person, company, or official.
- Vote manipulation, spam, automation, or multiple-account abuse.
- Scraping the Website beyond what robots.txt permits.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
No responsibility for user content
ClaudeFolio does not monitor, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of User Content. All User Content is the sole responsibility of the user who submitted it. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from any User Content.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion, including content flagged via our reporting tools, content that violates our Community Guidelines, or content we determine in good faith may expose ClaudeFolio or its users to legal risk.
Moderation
We operate moderation tools including reports, hide actions, and account warnings. The existence of moderation tools does not create any duty on our part to intervene in any particular case. Moderators use their judgment. Not every situation fits neatly into a rule.
Intellectual property
The Website design, source code, branding, and editorial content are the property of 7H Ventures LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of these materials without written permission. Copyright complaints should be sent to [email protected]; we comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA page for the notice format.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice and without liability to you. You may delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution) will survive.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND DATA, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAUDEFOLIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAUDEFOLIO, 7H VENTURES LLC, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClaudeFolio, 7H Ventures LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your access to or use of the Website; your User Content; your violation of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law; your violation of any third-party right; or any dispute between you and another user, builder, or third party.
Informal dispute resolution
Before filing any claim against us, you agree to first contact us in writing at [email protected]. You and ClaudeFolio agree to use good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding arbitration
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH CLAUDEFOLIO INDIVIDUALLY AND LIMITS THE WAYS YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US.
You and ClaudeFolio agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or our relationship (collectively, "Disputes") that is not resolved under the Informal Dispute Resolution section shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by New Era ADR under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or such comparable provider as the parties may agree.
Class action waiver
YOU AND CLAUDEFOLIO AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
30-day right to opt out of arbitration
You may opt out of the Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver sections by emailing [email protected] within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," your account username, and a clear statement that you are opting out.
Governing law and venue
These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the Binding Arbitration section. To the extent any Dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you and ClaudeFolio consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
DMCA and copyright complaints
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe material on the Website infringes a copyright you own, send a DMCA notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to our designated agent at [email protected]. See our DMCA page for details.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Community Guidelines, Data Use Policy, and Data Deletion policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClaudeFolio regarding the Website.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
