Data Deletion

Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data from ClaudeFolio.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in email association.
- All projects you submitted (rows deleted; thumbnails and screenshots removed from storage).
- All comments you wrote (author replaced with "[deleted]", bodies replaced with "[deleted]").
- All votes you cast.
- Any pending magic-link tokens and active sessions.
- Profile fields (display name, bio, avatar, social links).
What stays
- Audit-log entries required for moderation review, abuse investigations, and legal compliance. These are not publicly visible.
- A hashed suppression record of your email, so if you unsubscribed previously you will stay unsubscribed.
- Anonymized and aggregated analytics (counts, trends) that cannot be tied back to you.
- Backups: data rolls off our 14-day backup retention window automatically. Within that window, data may exist in snapshot form; it will not be restored except in a disaster-recovery scenario, and it will be re-deleted on the next scheduled run after restore.
How to request deletion
Sign in first so we can verify the account you want deleted.
Lost access to your account?
If you registered via a social provider (Google, Facebook, Apple) that you no longer control, or your sign-in email is no longer active, email [email protected] from the address on file or a reasonable alternative that proves you are the account holder, with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will verify and process the deletion within 45 days.
Timing
Deletion requests initiated from the button above are executed immediately, with the exception of audit and backup records as described above. Email requests are processed within 45 days of receipt and verification.
